Video courses on mindset, workout strategy, nutrition strategy, and more! These videos are to help provide clarity for you on the entire program as you go along. These videos will help to guide you through every single step you need to take in order to lose 30 lbs in 90 days!

Training & Workout Program

You will have 3-4 workouts per week. Each workout can be completed in the comfort of your home and should take you about 30 minutes or less. You decide which days of the week to perform the workout! These fat burning + muscle building workouts provide you with a total body workout and are specifically designed for you to shred fat quickly, build a strong core, improve your balance, and help you to build and tone your muscles. My workouts are highly effective as they've proven noticeable results for my clients.

Custom Nutrition Meal Plan & Cooking Guide

I will provide you with a full cusomized meal plan designed for your new healthy lifestyle and fat loss. Cooking tips will be provided in order to help you cut time in the kitchen and start having control over what you are putting into your body. Weekly accountability check-in calls. We will designate a time to make a call every week to check in and keep you accountable. On these calls, we can go over anything at all and we will clear up any questions you may have regarding your workouts, your nutrition, your sleep habits, mitigating stress, or any part of the program. I want to make sure you are taking the right steps on a weekly basis.
